In my current game(1.07b,1066 start)I am HRE Emperor.I raised CA to High near the end of my previous Emperor's reign.So that Current Emperor could install primogeniture succession.Unfortunately due to factions I can't influence(Ducal Level)there is always a inter-vassal war going on.This is probably WAD,but irritating.All my vassals love me 50+.I wish there were ways to interfere in Vassal wars.
I know that I was one of the proponents of making raising CA harder.
One problem is that i have 71 Direct vassals.(For roleplay reasons I won't Create Kingdoms just to lower the vassal count)If a vassal manages to create a Kingdom fine but i'm not creating them and since i am vigilante against Superdukes this will never happen again.(Its how I ultimately became HRE Emperor,Count of Aargau>Duke of Upper Burgundy>King of Burgundy)
If I can't figure out how to implement Primo succession in HRE, I will just lower CA to Limited and enjoy less malus and get schmucks elected to the throne.Till 1453.
