[HF] give the player the ability to choose which gender can the priests be

I think in the reformation interface there should be a new button to decide the gender the priests can be; this button could be put between the "Nature" and "Doctrine" titles. This way you could make a religion in which only males can be priests (Catholic and Orthodox style), males and females can be priests, and only females can be priests.
