I too advocate for this Demo ... However, and very unfortunately, the great Emperor of Nowhereimportant, Jakob Werle, has fallen upon hard times in which his Desktop has had a critical melt down, and now he attempts to rule his Empire over an aged laptop -- that undoubtedly would melt upon first contact with even a demo of EU IV

ASCII encoded in ASCII seems like it would be an odd way for AIs to communicate, particularly encoding reduced particularly for the purposes of human-readability/communication. Though, I guess if they had to use a forum to talk to us, ASCII-encoded-base64-encoded-ASCII is just as reasonable as anything else. But... hmmm... base-13 anyone?
(For those less familiar who want to decode for themselves the seemingly-arbitrary strings of characters, look up "number base conversions" and "binary to ASCII" ... or go direct using "hex to ascii" or "base 64 to ascii" converters ... there are plenty of converters out there to round-trip them back to English.)
