I lost my internet connection there for a couple of weeks, but it looks all right again now. Just posting this to say that I intend to continue as Poland if I am still welcome to do so. Oh, and I will try really hard to get up in time as well.

Promoted bailifs/majors everywhere
Build/building 3 shipyards
Build/building some refs
Upgraded all minimal forts in England and wenn i had spare cash some in the colonies and johor (which has rebels atm so land the army i was sending fast before we wasted money
Trade was in good shape, only took some monops
colonised east and bit west with unfinished colonies
Expanded fleet quiet a bit
Advice
Dow France now or soon wenn you doubled your fleet ! If you dont do it now you will never be able to.

Paid loans (5 of them). France was very helpful in doing that - they lend us money temporarily.
Gobbled up much of Austria in competition with BB.
Reached infra 5 (hurray!) and started promoting governors.
Poland is in really bad shape and I suggested that they needed serious edits if anyone wanted to play them. It appears Drake may do edits. Good for you .

Unfortunately I am only able to play 1 more session before a 3 week series of vacations so Von Dip is a better choice for a perm Russia, however if you want a sub for next week give me a call
I am on vacation from 15.07.2005 till 22.08.2005!! but I play this session on sunday. After that, I search a perm sub.
