I think heretic rebels should change religion like in ck2, because that doesn't make sense if the whole nation in occupied by those rebels you just loss some manpower, tax, you get unrest and autonomy, you should be forced to convert to the heretic religion, lets say there is Lollards getting control of London the province becomes meh, and lets say Coptic rebels control London it becomes Coptic, it would be fun to have more religion in the game.

I just want Hussites and Polish Brethren to be standard religion which you can convert into it, so actually taking option Jan Hus knew the truth in Return of the Hussites event do something instead of getting some useless Reform Desire. But actually I'd like to see Polish Brethren since since they were non-trinitarian Christian faith so it would be great to remove trinitarian Christianity from the face of the Earth as PLC. Adding Cathars might be a stretch a little bit though would be fun to do reverse Albigensian Crusade :D.

It could work, actually. Religions like Lollards could even be clones of the parent religion (without Papacy in this case, of course), it would be useful for diplomacy and Religious Unity shenanigans.

This would be neat, but the resulting explosion of religions would need a more nuanced approach to interdenominational relations than the game currently sustains.

(Honestly, I'd settle for a victorious Heretic revolt in a Catholic country starting the Reformation if it hasn't already started.)

This would be especially good for Catholicism and Reformed, seeing how variants in Protestantism have kind of been covered by the Church mechanics. They could share mechanics with their parent religion, the Catholic heresies could even have the option to establish a Papacy.

They didn't bother adding Catholic heresies most of them reformed into Lutheran or Calvinist, yet it is silly because there certainly were provinces that had Lollard and Hussite majorities.
