well, this forum is about HIP support before all, we can't answer everything for every mod around.
so if listed as compatible just install it and check it at start along HIP in the launcher
Do you have the .mod file (the movie clip) placed in the Ck2/mod folder? Sometimes it's packed in one folder when you download the mod.
