I really would like to create an event, which deletes a infantry unit as soon as a specific (let´s say 90 infantry division) limit has been reached! Is there any command dealing with this problem!?

I have a prolem with my mod! French AI is always redeploying their units from Africa to Homeland! i have no idea how to fix that problem as I´m really bad in AI modding... Could someone help me!?
