I am a latecomer to computer games and am used to instructions with things I buy. I just bought EU Rome (don't know how old this game is but the subject interested me) and I have great screen images but just don't know how to navigate around them. Can I use keyboard strokes or do i need some additional gameing hardware? Any help appreciated. Placidus

Here is the Rome subforum, it contains a FAQ, strategy guide and AAR's. Reading AAR's is a great way to learn some game basics.

And to answer your question you do not need any game pad or joystick to play Paradox internal titles, just the Mouse and keypad.
