How do i raise my chars loyalty, seems all have 0 %?

Put him in charge of an army, defeat a barbarian horde (for example), and hold a triumph for the victorious general. It will raise the loyalty by 50%.

They all have 0%? Thats odd. But come to think of it I'd also like to know the factors involved in increasing a character's loyalty - anyone?

Is your ruler an ass (in the sense that he has very unlikable traits)?

How do i hold triumph?

Its a diplomatic action that you do for your own country. so go into the diplomacy menu and choose you own country and then you can do that as well as domestic assasinations
