You should try to reach the creators of those assets and see if they know what's going on

Duplicate usually means you have a mod with those assets in them. so you don't need the individual assets. just unsubscribe them.

as for netinfo, maybe read up on the mod page comments/discussions/etc. There are only two netinfo issues.
