Are you sure your OS and CPU are up to the task? If thats all cool you might have a bad disk.

You've got an access permission problem on that folder. That file should be the installshield reference GUID file for HOI and therefore should not exist before installation. You may need to change the user set up that you have got.

What operating system have you got and what privilege is the user you are using?
