The Ottomans grow out of control too quickly, not even my alliance with Poland and Austria could stand a chance against them by 1500 (they were fighting the Mamluks at the same time, btw).
I feel like I should ensure they be destroyed before that, but no European power will dare to declare on them, and it takes me ages to secure good alliances plus waiting for favors if I happen to ally Austria.
In my next attempt, I am considering re-rolling the game until I make sure both Poland and Hungary rival The Ottomans and don't rival each other + Poland gets the union.
