Help with Research Assistant

I was having trouble getting answers, so I thought I would just throw it out there. Everytime I try to start up the research assistant, i get run time error. Anyone know what I need to do to fix this. Thanks in advance. By the way, I might need a good explanation because I am very new at this.

You need to files to make it work. Go to the following thread and both files are in the first post.

It is a little confusing since both files have the same name (HOI2ra.zip) but one is about 4 megs and one is only about 200k. Unzip the smaller file into the installed research assistant folder and it will work fine. Had the same problem myself.
