Ive been using the command "type = secedeprovince which = [tag] value = [prov id]" in peace events but it seceds the province no matter if its enemy controlled or not. Is there a command that secedes the province only if its enemy controlled?

"type = secedeprovince which = [tag] value = [prov id]" works on owned provinces. You can add conditions to the trigger of the event.
