If you can find it, Strategy and Tactics magazine issue 209 from May/June 2001 had a full list of French units down to battalion level (over 200 of them).
In 1946 the French sent one regiment from the 2nd Armoured Division; the 3rd Colonial Infantry Division; the 9th Colonial Infantry Division, the Far Eastern Marine Brigade, the 5th Colonial Infantry Regiment, the 13th Légion Etranger Demi-Brigade, the 3rd Légion Etranger Infantry Regiment and the 1st Airborne Batallion.
Unfortunately, they then proceeded to divide up their units into dozens of mobile groups, and swap them around, transfer them, add new units, and so on on a completely ad-hoc way, so determining the precise OOB at any particular date is almost impossible.
