Help with building ships.

Hello, on my first game as Italy, i have a problem with building ship. on the tab, it just showed " Next Completed: No Factories Assigned" even i have put a few navy dockyards on it.

Really appreciated any suggestions.

Are the Dockyards you assigned blue or brown. Blue is an available Dockyard, Brown would be queuing it up for the next available one.

It is blue, in fact i have 10 availables and i only build submarines

In that case you need to link your steam account with the PDx forums so you can get access to the bug forum and re-post this there along with a save game.
