Hi there!
I was looking at a similar situation not so long ago, but as an aggressive Teutonic Order looking for a meal. Let me think:
Forceannexing Oels and Oppeln was probably inevitable. Keep in mind that I think Oppeln is a Polish core, as well as Bohemian ... at least every time I fight the Poles they gun for that province. Oels is also a Bohemian core. Lausitz might be a Saxon core. You've just managed to torque everyone off, haven't you?
Your left two provinces are expendable. If you can't defend them...then don't worry about them. I'll be the first to say that sucks, but it sounds like you need to lower your BB anyway.
Where's YOUR alliance? Do you have one? If not, GET one .. even if it means joining someone else. You're not strong enough by yourself to deter your neighbors. Given your list of enemies, I'd suggest Brandenburg or Bavaria, maybe Poland if they don't hate you too much. Poland especially will try to drag you into wars on the other end of the world: Fine, honor the alliance then sit there in Liegnitz with your troops. "Let you and him fight."
By oh....a few months after the end of this war, you want to be at your full support limit for troops. I don't care how you get there: Loans are probably overkill, but War taxes and putting your treasury slider to the right come to mind. Yes, both breed inflation and that is BAD...but you need all the deterrent you can get.
Good luck! Liegnitz is a tough nut to crack.
