I'm currently playing with Bavaria (current date 1479), trying to unite Germany, i have got all the provinces i needed (Im just waiting for them to become core), yet theres the massive problem of France, i have already fought one war with them and that cost me Liege, but they seem to be so powerful. it really starting to annoy me that they can put massive armies together in seemingly no time at all, they have already crushed Burgundy, and I'm worried that I'm next, My only current ally is Poland and i have alot of bad boy points.

I would be grateful for any pointers, thank you.

1479 and you got all provinces? no wonder your BB is that high. try to get more diplomats and lower your BB. meanwhile send gifts to france in the hope thatll keep them busy for a while

they use mercenaries for their war. but that is also their weakness. build regimental camps in all your provinces at the border to france. then station the biggest armys possible there. if you have done that just keep on defending. also station some reserves in the backland to be able to fight against a huge army.
you can also make several armys for attacking or (if you can afford it) hire some regiments of mercenary infrantry and conquer the french provinces through assault.
and another strategy: let the french come into your country and suffer from attrittion. move into their territory and conquer some of their provinces. if they conquer your provinces, just move an infantry army in and assault their 100 men there

I had to take one loan which i managed to pay back, but i have now just over 1200 ducats in my treasury, I've managed to trash Lithuania, the Teutonic order and Austria in a war (different times), so now my land stretches from Denmark to Venice and the only real opposition I'm worried about is France. I'm very grateful for all the advice though an i will heed it all.

I forgot, i thought that doing this as Bavaria would give me a good chance of an alliance with Austria. At first this worked well, but a lot of the time they were preoccupied fighting either Venice,Hungary or Poland. but once i had 6-8 provinces, there was little the few HRE states could do to stop me. Although i had to sacrifice my own realms stability to take the provinces quickly enough before any great powers got involved (a short war against Brandenburg did involve Sweden) but other wise i managed to get all the states before they started allying with France and Poland.

As said, built a huge CAV only army, get a decent leader and if they declare war: Let em come!
with ~12k cav stacks, you should be able to hold their advance and maybe even counterattack after a few years.

Thanks for the advice, i recently vassilized both Austria and Burgundy in a war and took two provinces from France. I know i can now beat them but, the major thorn in my side is the Ottoman empire. Its 1510 I'm land level 3 while they are 8, and i cant seem to defeat them as the Crimea is there ally and together i c am only able to force a white peace. Any suggestions? should i stick with massive cavalry armies or go and get the Crimea first before going to get the Ottomans.

Land level 3 vs 8 is not that bad. As long as they havent reached levle 10, they havent any fire value.
If you adept military drill NI, you can decrease the morale differnece.
But maybe its a better idea to wait until you get cores on all of your conquered provinces, catch up and then kick their ass.
Remember, they arent latin tech group, so its possible to outtech em later.
