So im still a noob at modding, but i had this burning desire to add a little improvement to the Roman Culture just for flaire...i wanted to give the culture its own unique b/c/d/k/e title names...which i did as you can see bellow.
My question is how do i go about implementing this doe into the game...that is to say what other files/text. do i have to create?
