Help with adding screenshots

I recently posted an AAR thread in the CK2 section, but when I added screenshots, they were all tiny, haven't seen this problem anywhere else?
Is this some common knowledge or have I skipped some kind of tutorial? :huh:

This is how my pictures ended up, tiny, have a look and tell me how to fix it. ;_;

When you click on them, they are fine. But you are better off posting them on an external site and pasting links in here between IMG /IMG tags.
