Hey guys I bought the humble bundle and I'm not able to register CKII. I put my CD code in which was bundled with Magika and it wont let me register it? Any ideas?

That should give you the key you need to register it on these forums.

- Open your Steam games library.
- Select "Crusader Kings II" in the list of games.
- In the menu at the right of the Steam window, click on "CD-Key".
- A new window will pop up showing your CD-Key and giving an option to copy this key to your clipboard.
That should give you the key you need to register it on these forums.
I am following your directions, but I still cannot register on these forums. I select Crusader Kings II, and paste my key in, but it keeps saying invalid key. The key begins with HOI3. Does this make sense? Can you help? Thanks in advance.
No., it doesn't. Seems to me you are pasting in - or have been given - the wrong key ... one from HoI3 in fact.
Same here, i bought the Humble Bundle, and i can't register my game on these forums.

I'm having the HOI3 issue as well... hopefully this gets resolved soon as I need something to do over the labor day weekend
Note that it does not effect your game playing at all. The code only unlocks some sub forums for you here.
Yes - game play is not affected. But I was hoping to mod the game, and thus need access to those forums. Ah well. Spending this time going through all the tutorials! Thanks.

Thanks! When I first downloaded the game it wouldn't load so I clicked the register button and it brought me here. The game's working now, for whatever reason
I managed to register my game, but the game won't start anyway (trying to play the game from Steam)...just help me and these people who paid for not working games...
If the game is not working please make a post in the technical support forum for that game. We cannot give any technical support here as that would make things very complicated.
@CXedits, you most likely received the wrong key like the people above you, it has been reported and will be looked into. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
I have the same HB key issue.. (game working but can't register and access the forum) how did you manage to register the game?

Just give them the neccesary information and the problems should be fixed soon.
Anyway ive got a question 'bout the bundle too.
I bought Warlock and it seems like steam has run out of CD-Keys for the game,so i cant register it on the forums,means i cant acces the technical support.
Anyway,can you tell me when you will generate new keys for Steam?I would really appreciate if you could answer me.
I also noticed on this message saying i cant acces the forum because i dont have the specific game installed,it always redirects me to Hearts of iron 3 even if i tried to acces the Warlock forum.
If you like i could try to activate my magicka and CK2,havent registered them in steam yet but i will anyway.
So if you dont get any new information soon i will see if i got the same problem.

For the people that had their keys starting with HOI3, you should be able to register these now for Crusader Kings II. Please try again if they work.
