Help with a Error please

i downloaded Victoria from gamer gate and i installed the game and when i start the game while loading when it gets to initializing globe the game crashing back to desktop.
thank you in advance for your reply and help it means alot

Could be a corrupted install. Uninstall the game, re-download and re-install.
