Help with a Error please

i downloaded Victoria from gamer gate and i installed the game and when i start the game while loading when it gets to initializing globe the game crashing back to desktop.

Post the output from DXDIAG through the 'sound devices' section.

If you have Windows 7 or Vista I strongly recommend NOT installing Paradox games in Program Files [or Program Files (x86) in 64-bit Windows].

where should i install?

Make a new folder outside the programfiles, like c:games.

Install your games there.

Rename avi folder.
