Whever, I try in 1.02, to vassal a piece of my country ( i.e. Cali from the USA of New England or something similar), the damn game crashs to the desktop. The funny thing is, it's no problem creating countries out of newly conquered terroritories, as such as a Poland from lands counquered as Belgium. how can i fix this?
