I have a problem. It looks to me that allocated IC in production tab is never settle. This is what I meant:
I allocate (number just example) 10 IC for costumer goods, 20 for production, 5 for supplies.
when i set it, it can cover those areas completely (not red).
but the next game day or two, the allocated change to, let say, 9, 18, 7. the next several days, change again to 12, 16, 3. Change again to 9, 23, 4.
I already try to make adjustment to the changes. But if I have to change the allocated every two game day, that suck!
for your information, the changes is not because I change my politic policy or research. It just seems like the available IC is not settle at all.
i'm very disappoint with this game. to many bug, to many problem. this is may be the worst HOI game I ever see.
Please correct this.

Hey, check your total available IC, upper right corner.

If you lack resources, it cannot work sufficiently.
Events, Dissent, ministers etc. affect your total IC as well.

It Changes from time to time, according to whatever happens in game.
But if it changes every day, I'm afraid your out of some resources, so you'd better trade some.

Every 1 IC need 2 energy, 1 metal, 0.5 rares a day to operate.

Ok, the value you fix is not a Exact Value but a Exact percentage of your IC.

So... If Your real IC goes up because of a new industry, a minister, political changes, events, dissent or whatever, then percentage is recalculated.
You CANT fix exact values in none of paradox games, as far as i remember. (Hoi, EU, Vicky and the such)

Also Some of these "modifiers" make you need a different percentage to 100% cover needs:
Consumer Goods to break even, for example each Interventionism click, is a 10%. So.. Value assigned will be same, but you get different dissent reduction.
Total CI needed for Upgrade changes, for example when you research a new unit.

I know all of this. But the problem is, the allocated IC in Iron Cross is very not stable. In HoI, AoD, DH, they are stable. Let say in DH or AoD I make production for military purpose as much as 20% from my total IC. It will still stay the same unless something coming up, like dissent or minister factor. But in Iron Cross, it keep on changing.

Does there any part from Iron Cross developer team that can answer this please?!

I have not that problem as a regular basis with percentages of the slider moving in my games. Slider stays always exactly in his position. If that moves seems like a bug.

Im having problems with CI while re loading the game, 1st day always is a madness. For instance let say I have 300 base CI, 450 effective CI. When reloading game, after a save, useful CI boosts to 530, apparently. At 24:00 hour, it resets again to 450. I used to change again all sliders to put them correct, because usually these 1st day changes made me lose a lot of CI, but on next day i must change it again. (Perhaps this works not as fine as in the basic Hoi2/Arma, dont remember).

Another posibility, is the repair infraestructure affair, as reinforcements now change the CI damaged by bombing every day, it changes daily all productions. (But not my sliders)

This game is the worst HOI game I ever played. I even never able to finish the game or reach the middle of it.

You should give it another chance, it is my oppinion that it is the best of HoI series so far - continuing the ARMA tradition...
Try to play with patch 1.02 first, because 1.03 is not ready yet. Be patient. You will not regret it.
