[HELP]Runtime Error+eu4 has stopped working

Hi dear forum members , Im not sure that I create topic in the true category and my English isnt good , sorry for this.
I bought EU4 in this Christmas sale about 20$. I have a laptop at these time and I played as good way with no problem but later I get a new pc -win7 32b- and all system requirement enough but -about 2 month I get runtime error and eu4... working issue. Everything normal at launcher and start the game but sometimes when game autosaving sometimes anytime during the game -It crash - Its not problem if it be per 5 or 10 years but sometimes I cant play 5min , It always be problem for me. I played the game about 44 hours and Im sure it crashed about 1000 times. I open a title at steamsupport but I cant find any fix.I tried to delete all game files and reinstall game Its same. I verified game files on steam.. Its same. I regret to bought original eu4 , really...
Please suggest something to me!

This is probably caused by having 32bit Windows. The game can only access 2gb of memory, which since the 1.8 patch is just not enough.

IF AND ONLY IF you have 3gb or more of available system memory, use this workaround:
1: Open Command Prompt (it's in Accessories in Vista)

2: Set it to be in Admin mode http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc947813(v=ws.10).aspx

3: Paste this in: bcdedit /set increaseuserva 2560

4: Restart

5: If you ever need to undo: BCDEdit /deletevalue increaseuserva

The true fix is to go to 64bit Windows, and 4gb or more of system memory.
