Help Please

1. Im the americans in a GCMy problem is dealing with the factory portion of the game. FIrst off, my factories suck. All they ever provide is .21 or .3 of something if I'm lucky.

Do you have:
Small pops?
No rail roads?
No capitalists?
Little tech?

my pops are pretty small, I have plenty of railroads. I have very few capitalists. I know how to increase the capitalists, but no idea how to get bigger pops. Isn't tht handled automatically.

Well, you can't really affect pop growth, other than techs, but you can promote your largest pops first to get the most output from them.
