You mean the Paradox Support I suppose ? Because the members helping in the Tech Support forum can't help obtaining a key.

Thank but I have already tried the web form. I have the two keys. I had forgot that I already had a forum screen name when I bought the game and accidently registered EU3 and HTTT under different screen names. I just need one of them deleted so I can re enter my cd key. I even sent in my gamers gate log ins to prove I bought the games.

Can't you get back your original account? That would solve all your problems as you only need to register the base game and you know that you have already bought the expansions :)

Well I wish I could report some good news. After a week of writing all the support and forum administrators I finially got a response back last friday. They were able to delete the acount I created to Register EU3 so I am using one account like I should. I thought I would be able to register my EU3 key into my proper account with HTTT since the original registration was deleted but it still says that key is already registered. I wrote support back about this but still have not heard anything. I feel like they left me hanging lol.

To clarify... I have bought both games and am showing proof of purchase on all my emails. I am not scamming just looking for some type of help or actual support. I love this game and will keep trying. I have been waiting to get this fixed for two weeks. I want to start a new game under the new beta patch. I work in customer service and sales. If it took me weeks to respond to help emails I would be fired. I love the game and love the forum and will keep on trying.

So we should be strong armed into buying another game? I have both my cd keys but they are split between two names. It was my mistake but should I really buy the game again? I have sent four emails since sunday to support with no reply. I don't mind waiting I guess but I will not buy another game. I would rather save up for Victoria 2


I had the same issue so I created a post asking for help. Johan responded and asked me to email him what I thought my old username or email addresses were. I think it took him over the weekend but he got it straightened out so I have all my icons on one account now - and I could then post in the subforums. He was really helpful actually.
