Help! no purchase history and no code received

I received and confirmation of purchase through email and a order number.
However, after 30 mins I still didnt receive my code and the purchase is not show in the purchase history of my paradox account.
While I checked my paypal account which has no transaction made. What should i do?

Create ticket at support.paradoxplaza.com with all the informations you have, mails you recieved,... they should be able to sort you out.
