HELP! No access to tech-forum although CD-key entered and EU4 is in gamelist in my Paradox account

Thank you very much. Didn't get any feedback on the other thread and I'm starting to get frustrated as I spent a lot of money on a game that currently is not running.

You have to sync your steam account with your forum account, this will open up the tech support forums to you and allow you to post your question there. If there is a problem syncing your accounts, please contact support.

Also, we need information from you on what isn't working e.g. error reports, what exactly is happening (crash at start up, crash at a specific point, are you using mods, &c), your computer specs. Posting "Help my game doesn't work" is not the best way to get a response because there is literally nothing I or anyone else can do with the information provided.

Well I thought I'm gonna post details when I get access to the tech support forum. Which actually just happened. So I assume we close this thread and I open a new one in tech support (in case I don't find a solution in an already existing thread)?
