I update the map later today. Currently the "east" looks like this:
Alania is tied to Khazars via alliance and I have upgraded some of their holdings so people should not be worried about them being weak (I know someone will ask about this).
Crimea is for Pecheneg territory.
Most realms need a bit of tweaking here and there I assume and then playtesting for balance.
However, I am not entirely sure if we should have large number of 1-province independent tribes. In terms of gameplay, these achieve very little and was the reason why Silesia is an independent duchy rather than four tribal counts in current version. So I will also make some adjustments for sake of game play.

I published a dev diary to MOD section about the current stage of the project. I used Slavic Face's map suggestions with some small changes, such as Redars not having all those vassals since Silesia is already like that. I used PI's history files there though. Rugen is independent and upgraded though.
