Hello, I know this question have been asked several times, but I don't understand why this problem is happennig to me.

Many many many buildings in my city are abandoned because there are no goods to sell.

I check my goods, and I have 0% import goods, and almost 100% export goods, so my city don't have any good to sell.

I have very good connections betweek industry and commercial zones, I built also a cargo terminal in the center of the city, right beside many abandoned buildings.

Is it a bug or something?

I show some screenshots.

Thanks in advance.

You should also attach here the affected save game file, plus the game's log file

Traffic flow in the city is quite low, only at 58% when opening the save. Most likely vehicles are on their way, but they get stuck in traffic and despawn, restarting the journey to try and make it there again.

I recommend you work on improving the traffic flow. You have a lot of large roundabouts that aren't able to handle the amount of traffic coming through them. Also watch out for having too many intersections close together, starting and stopping as well as the small sections of road reduce traffic flow too. I'll include the links to a few tutorials which will hopefully help you get traffic flowing more smoothly, which should help all buildings get their needs met.

Thanks for the answer!

So, as the traffic is too slow, the whole industry decides to export all my goods?

Can't I force the trucks to reach their destination within my city instead exporting the goods or they just don't have enough fuel? :D

I suspect that your industry exporting most of their goods is a result of the large amount of commercial that's become abandoned in your city.

If you click on individual abandoned buildings, it will show what made them go abandoned.

There are a lot of different reasons your buildings have abandoned. I found not enough customers, not enough goods to sell, water pollution poisoning, collection of dead too late, and other things I don't recall.

I would start with pollution poisoning your cims first. You have mixed sewage and water together and it is taking in poo water and poisoning your residential.

Look for other signs of pollution in or near residential districts, as all forms of pollution (Water, ground, and noise) are fatal to residential.

EDIT

Also, you are connecting city streets to highways and it is slowing traffic down a lot. Use ramps to connect from street to highway like in real life, for smoother traffic.

Thank you very much for the advices. I think it will be a long long job to rework so much roads, so it will take a lot of time, I'll try to do it in the best way and post the result :)
