You won't find a mod on this forum as a whole which is not for at least one of the supported languages (english, french, german, spanish)
and i assume that mod is for neither.

Upload it, then drag and drop it into the post field or have the cursor blink in the post field and then select "Full Image" for the attachment.
Alternatively while writing a reply, use the Image icon
in the white upper line and paste in the url address of the elsewhere uploaded picture.

I am pretty sure what he is trying to say is that the mod does not support english yet, but the author wants to add english support to it. Personally I think if we are talking about these crappy machine translations, I don't think he should bother doing it. It should either not be done, or be done properly.
