how can i increase the resources like the metal,oil,energy,raw materials and etc? i am playing armageddon. what should i build?

You can't. The only way to get more of those is to attack and annex someone that has them, or to trade for them. In fact, building some things (like factories) actually increase your pull on those items.

Machine Tool techs increase your resources by the same percentage... a +5% MT tech will increase resources across the board by +5%.
This doesn't apply to other IC-boosting methods (such as Ministers).

You wont be able to use all of your IC in armegeddon unless you annex 3ish countries
Does this apply to the Plastics +5% IC increase as well? I hadn't thought about it before...
As far as I know, yes. It applies to all TECHS that increase production, but not to other IC-increasing factors (like the Administrative Genius Armaments Minister).
