Help for a modding test

So, I'm makking a mod like Aberration mod for EU2, and I wished re-make the establishment of duchies and kingdoms, so I've cleaned the files countries and titles to have them without duchies and kingdoms. I've changed the scenrio file "1066" in dispearing all duchies and kingdoms and the capital data.

When I will play this testing scenario I've an error message said it could open the transofed files.

Have you a solution for this problem?
