Alright, this is my first time at WC and I admit I used the HRE cheese. Now it is the year 1770 and I conquered every single thing in sight but no achievement fired. (I got the market control achievement thou) My question is do I need to annex my colonizers nations (Castile, Portugal and Great Britain) to take over their colonies so that their colonies count as mine?? If that the case, I waste 3 days of my time, coz to integrate them will take a long time, especially Castile.

I'm afraid so. Colonial nations owned by subjects don't count towards the achievement.
Would, for example, diploannexing one nation and attacking the remaining still be possible? Truce breaking and admin efficiency do allow quick conquest in late game.

Break with the colonizers and conquer them by truce breaking. Only option you got i'm afraid.
