So I recieved a pm asking if I could make TT picture for you guys. Im here if you want me, just shoot the pictures at me and I'll do 'em.
All the pictures in the link are here for a long time and all of them are in the required format. What should be done here?

As Adam could not I have checked the proposal:
1) Podgorica Aluminium Plant is not suitable as it was founded in 1969 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podgorica_Aluminium_Plant.
2) Port of Bar was only a port. Skill should be lowered significantly to 1 max 2. I found out that Kotor/Cattaro had a naval base and a dry dock/shipyard.
So my suggestion is to add both the first without any artillery speciality.

So after a long time searching for options, I have completed the final two TT's for RUS. These are the post-war Naval Doctrine Teams.
New TT:
Nestor Monastyrev: Commander of the Black Sea Submarine Division during WWI, and the RCW. After the war he emigrated to Tunisia, but died in 1957. Had the Whites won the RCW, I think he would have lived longer, so I gave him the standard deathdate.
Vadim Makarov: Was the son of the famous admiral Stepan Makarov, and made the rank of Senior Lieutenant. After the war he emigrated to the United States. He was considered a very prospective officer, and had good contacts to make admiral. He died in 1964.
No changes to the existing TT's, other then renumbering some of them.
