Help completing Korean mission

Hello All, I'm trying to complete the Korea self-reliance mission. The mission requires me to culture convert 2 manchu provinces to korean. Only problem is one of my province has converted to Buddhist through an event. I've already harmonized that religion and it prevents me from changing the culture of it as the province has to be your main religion before you can convert it. You can't convert harmonized religion. So I'm totally stuck!

What can I do you convert the religion or culture of that province???

You could give that province to a subject that you force convert to Confucian or that is already Confucian, but hasn't harmonized Theravada. Then you can use your missionary to convert the province(needs the Cradle of Civilization DLC) to Confucian and integrate the subject(or seize the province).
