What am I missing? I have high crown law yet it is red x? I know vassals are fighting and have neg opinion but that can be sorted.
help, cant change to primogeniture

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
You appear to be using Conclave, based on the presence of SoW, Early/Late/Imperial admin, and Realm Inheritance, so I suspect that you have mixed up Centralization (which is at High) and Crown Authority (which Conclave disables). Regardless, that whole part of the condition evaluates to True at the moment, so if you solve the issues with internal wars and vassals disliking you it should be possible to change to Primo.

Actually vassals fighting and having a negative opinion is all that's stopping you from changing to Primogeniture.
