Help! AGCEEP campaign cannot open (error message).

I just downloaded the game off Gamersgate and decided to try out AGCEEP as I saw lots of people playing it. I installed it, loaded it up and:

This is the error message I get when I try to start an AGCEEP campaign as any nation. I also get a series of other similar messages if I choose Ignore. What do I do here? Help please!

Does the game run normally when you start the normal game instead of AGCEEP?

Does your normal game have the latest patch 1.09?

Hmm, it has 1.08, even though the download said it has 1.09 with it. So, would upgrading to 1.09 solve the problem? Because otherwise it runs normally, yes.
