Well good for you I guess.

Well, yeah I guess I'm lucky with it. And I feel for ya, I've been the 'odd man out' with some games, especially in betas, where a particular video card was a problem, or a application running in the background, etc... but to be blunt, I've got 8 other friends in the beta and none of us are having anything at all like regular issues with connecting in MP. Which makes me think that there's something specifically affecting some users but not specifically with the server. It could be an O/S thing, or maybe a RAM issue... I donno. But I do know that none of the buddies I"m playing with are having any kind of problem like you and a handful of others are seeing.

I wasn't trying to be belligerent.

Support hasn't gotten back to me about this. All I know is I have no issues with other games, especially hardware and network intensive ones, except for Eugen ones. Last time I experienced this it was a server connectivity issue.

Maybe it could be an ISP thing?

FWIW, I have at least 40 10v10 games in with maybe 4 game crashes total. No offense, but it isn't the servers.
And you know that how? No offense, but if users got kicked from our servers at work 1 in 10 times, our customers would be up in arms, but you accept such failures as normal? I connect to Paradox servers, YouTube servers, email servers, Steam servers, various MMO game servers, Facebook servers... And most tellingly of all, I connect to ALL of the private hosts of the game, Steel Division, Red Dragon and Wargame and NEVER EVER had a connection drop. But I never once completed a 10 v 10 game on Eugen servers. Not a single time.

And in SD I've tried three times to see if they improved it, and never even completed deploying my units at the start of the game.

Dunno what type of server setup they run, but they're crap. So maybe you should be questioning how much RAM are in these servers, what processors, what OS, what bandwidth they have on their Internet connection, rather than questioning players who point out that these 10 v 10 games are broken. And before you wonder how it's possible for their servers to be poor, believe you me, it is. I've worked with big organisations who have lower bandwidth on their Internet than I have at home, and they share it with 100s of people in the office. They have crappy proxy servers, and application servers still running Windows 2003.

They are a small company, and don't even employ people to moderate their game chat. Why should we assume they invest in powerful server infrastructure?

If they did, then everyone would play on their servers (as all MMOs for example), but they don't - the vast majority of games are hosted on the private PCs of players, never touching the Eugen systems. How is it possible for ordinary people to host 4 v 4 games on standard spec PCs and home Internet connections without problems, and the host is also playing the game? Have you ever seen it suggested that to host a game you need masses of RAM and extremely powerful processors? So I assume most hosts don't. And the games play fine. Except on Eugen servers.

And you know that how?

I just must be lucky. I have not had a single 10v10 game crash in at least a week. And I have been home sick and playing a ton all week. I'm on wifi network too. Clearly there is something that is impacting some users, and perhaps it is an historic issue with Eugen, but I have never had any problems with their other games too (though I didn't enjoy the Wargame ones nearly as much FWIW.)

So, the way I know it, and I'm not saying I'm their network admin (I gave up being a network admin in the 90s, too much needle in a haystack frustration,) is that the great majority aren't having the issue. Which leads me to think that there is something else which is causing the problem for specific users. It could be 100 different little nagging things, and I hope that someone IDs it and resolves it for you all.

But I'm not seeing it. Their servers run fine for me, and I hope they will for everyone else soon enough too. The reason I suggest looking at other things is in past betas I've been in, sometimes there is a consistency to the issue. I don't recall what game it was, just a couple years ago... but everyone with ATI video cards kept having crashing issues after playing for about a half hour or so. They eventually found some kind of "memory leak" that was specific to the ATI drivers and were able to fix it and everyone was happy.

Maybe it is one of those kind of things, I donno... but I'm just reporting it as I see it. Not trying to frustrate any of ya, just trying to help. I've said my two cents on it in this thread enough, going to drop out. Wish you all the best with fixing whatever is causing the issue(s) for you.

What would be the ports to open for this game.

Got flawless performance just getting dropped during every MP games I joined.

I7 6700
Gtx 1080
32gb of ram.

Pretty sure this would be connection related.

Speaking as someone with 8 GB RAM, and a GTX 1050 TI I don't know what on earth you are talking about. I am able to play on mostly high settings with anywhere from 40-60 FPS.

I hope game room hosts in servers are not allowed to kick players without a reason, quite lame in RD where some guys would stack one side and the other would only be players with 10 battles and 10% wr

i play fine and good in servers created by users. sometimes, not always kick me telling "your computer is too slow etc...." only in 10 vs 10 official eugen. i think its a problem of this kind of servers... sorry for my english and tank all you for the answers.
