It's been five hours since my last board post, and I've spent the morning writing on an update to my Victoria AAR. (I'm just not getting any real work done at all, but luckily its the time of year when there isn't much that needs to be done.)

I always check the Forums the first thing in the morning; again around noon my time, to see what Johan has posted; and once or twice more at night.

I'm getting a lot of value for the price I'm paying!

This is going to be the longest week in the history of mankind... I checked the clock a couple of times today and it actually stood still for minutes at a time. Friday is going to be a nightmare, as soon as I get out of work I'm going straight down to Game to get my hands on sweet Victoria, but if today is anything to go by, Friday is never going to end.

I'm queing for Lord of the rings this weekend, and thus cannot play the game until monday (luckily, school ends at 11:30 mondays ). SO I guess I cannot be called a serious VIC-tim. But I hope the manual's a fun read, because I need stuff to pass time...

Oh, one of my friends is going to do that too... he speaks of starting Thursday or early Friday morning (like 5 AM)... when are you going to start?
He asked if I could come and make him company... but, how could I? Victoria will be released on that Friday!?

Tell me about it. I'm paying something like £40 to get it from strat-plus (If I waited till it was out here it would be £25, but who can wait 'till feb?) DVD box office would have been cheaper, but I didn't know about it till after I pre-ordered Vic. And then I still have to wait 2-4 days after the US release (Why can't they get the Sweadish version?). Same thing with EUII and HoI. Bah. I can imagine my copy flying over the UK to get to the US then turning around and getting back here.
