well I can liberate any other nation but when I conquer Canada with another country i cannot liberate quebec, it doesn't exist in the "liberate nation" list. please help. I liberated it once, but now I can't remember how... :wacko::wacko:

I could liberate it as the USA and Germany ;o.Use region mode and check the provinces you got,IIRC the provinces you need for quebec are in the region named the same.

thanx a lot, actually I made it..... ok something else now, how do I add a nation? well not a nation that already has territories, but a rebel nation like cyprus, confederate states of america etc? i added a flag, a shield, i added it in the revolt file, in the country.csv file, in the world_names.csv file but everytime I start the game it says error in DB. the nation i tried to add is "Anarchist Catalonia"
