Title. I’m currently in the middle of a (so far) successful Argos run, in which I first conquered all of Crete to boost my levies with Cretan pops, before forming Argolis and conquering Sparta. I’m going to be doing the Mission formation of the Hellenic League to get those juicy claims, and I plan on switching to Dictatorship eventually, though, if the opportunity presents itself, I’d much prefer Imperial Cult. If I form the Hellenic League, and adopt either of those government forms, will I be able to form the Hellenistic Empire? I know I won’t get the mission tree boosts, but it’d still be cool.
