Actually, under those premises, Aragon should be a Personal Union between Aragon, Catalonia and Valencia, because each of those territories had their own laws, governments and constitutions, and they acted more or less separately.
But such a governent shouldn't be instituted freely. Maybe a decision? Such a government could also be set with the "form PLC" decision. It could then mess with cultures, adding more as equal nations as they grow in importance...

Is Mecklenburg replaced by the Hanseatic league? I thought it was more of a powerful guild, not an actual country
don't bother questioning anything about The Hansa in game. Nothing about how it's represented makes any sense.
I'd like to request the range limit for crusades be removed or increased. Historically, GB, France, and other nations (Burgandy tried once) launched crusades that are not possible in the game due to this limitation imposed by the game mechanics. I'm posting this here because of the mention of Jerusalem, and of course it was first established via crusade, and attempts to re-establish it were also done via crusade.
Edit: Hanseatic League as a source of events, awseome idea. As a country in and of itself? Not really liking that idea tbh. I think it should be more like an HRE wielding economic rather than military power, like the ability to banish merchants, levy penalties, or perhaps even shut down or reduce the influence of COT's through their merchant power. This legue was -extremely- powerful, but it was made up of wealthy merchants, bankers, landlords, and traders. It should be a commercial power only, not an actual nation-state.

We've had Nizhny Novgorod, Smolensk and Jerusalem in DeI already As well as some other russian and ruthenian minors, that were not included in HT3, and the Commonwealth aswell. Our flag of Smolensk is more historical - think of it - cannon on a XIV century flag? Anyway, I wonder what's the historical background of the flag for Nizhny Novgorod? It's not the CoA, like in Smolensk's case.

You have to conquer Judea, convert it to catholicism (or maybe any christian religion) and then release it as a vassal.
It seems that we get Epirus as a playable nation as well. It seems that there is another Greek Orthodox nation besides Byzantium and Trebizond.
Hahaha, Smolensk just overran Lithuania all by itself (it's 1410)...Vytautas must be rolling in his grave :rofl:
