Generally, I love this new version, but it still has some bugs.
So after playing a few games, some observations:
1) The provincial decision interface needs working as the magistrates really pile up later in the game and it is annoying to find the ones you want.
2) In the culture screen, I have NEVER had anything but +5 prestige for the festivals, even though it is supposed to be a 45/45/10.
3) I have NEVER had a war that didn't cost 2 stability, even with a causus belli.
4) I have only on one occasion had a war where the capture of a province was not the standard +4 infamy, even when I had a causus belli that said otherwise. With a conquest causus belli, core on the last province of a country and the holy war causus belli, it still costs 8 infamy. The core part at least works, though.
5) As far as I can tell, the causus belli system just doesn't work as none of the ones listed when declaring war actually change anything when demanding tribute.
6) On two occaisions as Novgorod/Russia, national decisions were available (Go East to Siberia and Gold Standard) that were clickable, gave you the screen, but then didn't take effect or disappear. This problem resolved after a quit and restart of the program.
7) Stability issues. Resigning often causes the game to crash, especially when done in 1399 before the first autosave.
8) Philosophically I object to Russian being given with the "National Decline" event when it is frantically colonizing siberia as fast as it can.
