Is there anyway to increase the strength of your heir's claim?

If the heir is between 15 and 18 years old, you can enact the "Introduce Heir" cultural decision, this will give you a modifier that raises the heir's legitimacy for a few years (I forget the exact numbers).

IIRC this doesn't do anything for the heir claim. Just increases the national legitimacy. (and other stuff irrelevant to legitimacy)

It's technically possible (i.e. a mechanism for that exists, but is not used by any event) but as far as I know only events that decrase heir's claim exist in the game and I only know of 2 of them (but it should be possible to mod some that increase it).
