Neat event. Had it twice now, almost makes me wish I wind up in regency every now and then.

Always seemed silly how a ruler would have his ability so set in stone from birth.
Personally I'd like to see something such as, say, a possible event for increasing military monarch points if the king/prince has fought in a lot of battles. They already risk dying, so why not.

It's a nice event for those who got into a regency.
Though, if you look at the event choices, you'll notice that the military one (bottom) is bugged. You get two choices for the diplomatic one.
Not sure if that's just a text bug or if the Diplo choice got added twice by accident.

I'm pretty sure it's just the text, once you hover over it, it says something about the ruler getting a military education.
