A count of mine successfully plotted against and killed my heir. The assassination was discovered and the cause of death for my late heir clearly states that the count assassinated him. The bug here is that I can't do anything to him without getting a tyranny penalty. It seems odd that I can't even imprison or revoke the title of a vassal who assassinated my six year old son. Making a discovered assassination attempt on a relative (or even just a close relative) a just cause for imprisonment would make much more sense than the current situation.
