Heinz Guderian (theorist)10% speed bonus for tanks working or not?

First of all my apology if I didn' managed to find the obvious way this trait is working, or if it has been answered elsewhere.

German Theorists, Heinz Guderian, has very interesting trait, it says, along worh 15% boost to mobile doctrine, it gives also a 10 % bonus to tanks.

My problem is that I can not track this bonus to speed of armor anywhere in game stats. In the design of tanks, during Guderian in office there is no any influence.
In division templates, I dont know are tank divisions faster that it would be without Guderian.

In short, even if this bonus of Guderian is working, in my eyes its traceability is autistic, and I dont know is it working and how is it working .

Please I need help with clarification.

Check the speed of your design before and after hiring guderian. He is basically a free engine upgrade.

You should see him pop up as a designer when you mouse over the equipment in the lust when you are choosing equipment to produce.

iirc, Guderian's effect is an "instant" rather than a "design" bonus, so it only applies when he's selected as the theorist, it doesn't "stick" to tanks designed when he's active.

So, if you switch to an air theorist, your tank divisions are now 10% slower, for some reason. But when you put Guderian back as theorist, the tank divisions then move faster again.
